Today, the historic site of the San Salvatore Monastery has been transformed into a living museum, offering hospitality services where guests can experience a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The majority of our facilities are centred around the picturesque garden and cloister, seamlessly blending historical elements with contemporary facilities.
- Suites with en suite bathroom. The former dormitories, the monk's cells and part of the chapter house, have been adapted to modern suites.
- Separate outdoors for each room, terrace or patio: The patio, with its symbolic and practical significance, serves as a personal outdoor seating area for leisure and dining.
- Garden and cloister: The enclosed garden with its peristyle, originally used for prayer, socializing, and daily tasks, now serves as a furnished space for relaxation and socializing. It is also a great location for gatherings and exhibitions.
- Dining: Each room now includes a private dining area for guests to enjoy the bed and breakfast service or cater to themselves.
WiFi: A reliable internet connection is available in the rooms and common areas.

The charming old town of Chania is a pedestrian-friendly zone, with limited traffic and restricted parking options.
However, San Salvatore is conveniently situated just a few meters away from the free public parking area at Talos square, and a mere 400 meters from the former olive oil factory, Abea, which offers free parking. For your added convenience, we also provide one on-site parking space, with priority given to families with children and guests with disabilities (booking required).
