For settling your final bill, we offer the following convenient options:

Meals
We cooperate with some of the best Cafés, restaurants and bakeries in town to offer you breakfast and light meals.
Your room includes complimentary water, drinks, coffee, and tea.
Special events may also offer additional treats as a gesture of our hospitality.
Food & Drink Preparation: In keeping with local hygiene standards, keeping or preparing food and drinks in rooms is reserved for health reasons or through our room service, except for some accommodation types or during special events.
Kitchen facilities are available during special events or with specific room types.
Parking and accommodations
-The hotel is located in the old town of Chania which is a car free zone. Public parking is available around Talos square. Private parking for one car is available on site for a daily fee, subject to traffic regulations (additional reservation is needed). Parking guide https://youtu.be/aqKR2UAXblI
-Please note: Our accommodation is a three-story building without an elevator, featuring stairs to access upper floors.

Apartment Bookings: Guests are allowed to welcome visitors, with complimentary drinks available for a more enjoyable meet-up.
Rooms/Suites: Adhering to national legislation, inviting visitors to rooms and suites requires prior notification to our team. Unannounced visitors will necessitate an automatic upgrade to a suitable accommodation type, along with additional charges for the remainder of your stay.
Alternatives: Guests can meet their visitors in common areas, in the garden and private exhibition area. Special arrangements for visitors, like family or event professionals, can be accommodated upon request.
Smoke-free policy
We are committed to providing guests with smoke-free guest rooms.
We provide designated outdoor smoking areas to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.
A room recovery fee is included in the security deposit for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Guests' rights and obligations
San Salvatore Monastery is licensed under EOT, the Greek Ministry of Tourism. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the "rights and obligations of hotel guests and hotels" ( Law No 1652/30-10-1986) applies. Our policies above are inline with national legislation.

Check in & payments
- General check in policy : Check in: 15:00. Appointment needed (+/- 2 hours) in advance. | Check out :11:00
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon arrival.
- A security deposit of EUR 300 for incidentals is required at check-in and will be released within 0-3 days after check-out, subject to inspection.
