Notis beach at Agioi Apostoloi is a place I would recommend anyone to visit.
It's a 45min walk from the old town and about 15min by car or bike. It is a great place for a morning or evening run, a coffee or a beer. The 4 bays are protected from the wind so that you can go swimming even on a windy day. The sandy beach is ideal for tennis, football, frisbee, sunbathing, walking, running, yoga and much more. The beach is also very suitable for families. Children can play safely at the beach while adults can have a great time resting, swimming, reading a book or just enjoying the sun and the view.
