Everyone who has been here knows how much I love flowers. Garbiela and her husband brought these beautiful flowers for me and my mother and I put them in my favourite corners of the house and garden.

Circe von Nemean Lion lives here. She is part of the house.

She is a very happy and friendly 2.5 year old Rottweiler. She lives inside the house (1st floor) therefore you would hardly ever see her. You might hear her reacting when you enter the front door or climb the stairs but this is how dogs behave in their territory and we can guaranty that it is absolutely safe for you.
She plays in the garden early in the morning and late in the afternoon. She has always been very kind to guests and strangers (not neighbours and other dogs!).

I always loved ivy (in Greek Narkissos)  for the shade it provides and jasmine for its unique scent. Of all the plants and trees we grow in our garden those two are the most characteristic. You can  fully appreciate the calmness  and relaxed atmosphere  of the San Salvatore Monastery only if you take the time to sit and spend some time either alone or with the company of your beloved ones.
In my case, I moved my home office to our cloister! Greek coffee is now all that I need.
