Our Basement Flat comes with  indoors and outdoors dinning areas.   Enjoy Greek Salad or dakos for a light meal  either with the privacy of an apartment or outdoors with view  to our unique cloister.

Once the front door closes you can enjoy full privacy in your apartment. No neighbours,  staff,  tourists etc unless you choose otherwise. Enjoy the panoramic view to the Venetian Harbour or feel the vibes in our cloister which was originally  a place of worship.

This is my favourite parking area in the neighbourhood. It's only 300 meters away and always available. Very few people park their car here (in comparison to the other parking areas) so it is unlikely that you won't find a place for your car. Only exception can be Thursday mornings because of the weekly street market that is taking place in front of the field.  Another thing I like is that your car is safe. There is  enough space for everyone and you don't have to worry about finding your car damaged. Also, this  parking area is more protected from the wind, therefore less salt water form the sea is coming towards your car.
To conclude, if you don't want to use our private parking area, then use this one because:

• It's free,
  
•  It's always available,
  
• It's only 5 minutes on foot,
  
• Your car is safe.
